There's nothing more beautiful than watching a young woman realize her dreams and reach her God-given potential. Each month, we hold leadership training and life-coaching meetings with guest speakers who can foster and cultivate that potential within each young woman. The subject matter is chosen by the participants to assist them in developing their skills and talents, and help create sustainable positive change and growth in their lives. We then give regular participants opportunities to exercise their leadership skills.
