Kathy Lebron, Founder and Director, has worked with survivors of sex trafficking since 2010. The young women first captured Kathy's heart while she was working at a residential treatment program for at-risk youth. They quickly became like family, and since then, she has been determined to do whatever it takes to bring each one from victim to victorious. She learned that each young woman had unrealized potential, talents, and dreams. A natural cultivator, Kathy's desire to unlock that potential became her mission. It became clear that there was a great need for specialized resources, services, programming and curriculum that would foster and strengthen self-esteem and the ability to attain personal goals and visions. With this in mind, Kathy networked with local and national anti-trafficking individuals and organizations to develop and implement a plan of action. This includes mentoring, leadership training, developing of life skills, and much more. Kathy has a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and a BS in Behavior Science from Mercy College. She has been married to her husband, Luis, since 1981 and they have two daughters, Amanda and Nicole. Kathy's favorite pastimes are nature photography, travel, spending time with her two grandsons, Cristian and Sebastian, who are the lights of her life!
